1. For ALL international passengers flying to the following airports in Mexico:
  • Cancun International Airport (CUN)
  • Cozumel International Airport (CZM)
There is a NEW REQUIREMENT that you MUST complete to FULLY comply with your visit to the State of Quintana Roo. Please read the instructions below to continue your registration. The new requirement is MANDATORY and must be presented to the Airport Representatives.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAVELING TO CANCUN AND COZUMEL AIRPORTS
International Visitors traveling to Cancun and Cozumel Airport need to complete a NEW form prior to their arrival. This NEW form is IN ADDITION to the Tourist Card and failing to comply may result in delays at the airport. 
  1. To complete the process, you will need the passport information for ALL passengers.
  2. When you complete the process, you will receive via EMAIL a receipt with a NUMBER and a QR CODE that you will need to present to the Airport Authorities.
  3. We strongly suggest you use an email address you can access on your phone so you don't have to print the QR Codes.
