Tourist Card Information
Good News! Your Tourist Card is DIGITAL and all you just need to DOWNLOAD it to any mobile device and have it ready for the airport authorities if required.
REQUIREMENTS
Below is the list of the MANDATORY requirements to visit Cancun.
REQUIREMENT #1 (VALID PASSPORT):
Your passport MUST be valid and CANNOT be expired or expiring during your stay in Mexico. If your passport is expiring soon, please contact your airline for their policies for International Travel.
REQUIREMENT #2 (VISITAX):
The VisiTAX is a new FEE applicable to ALL INTERNATIONAL VISITORS. The VisiTAX MUST be completed ONLINE at the OFFICIAL VISITAX WEBSITE. Make sure your PASSPORT(S) and VisiTAX Code are LINKED TOGETHER (see picture below).

MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR VISITAX RECEIPT TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW IT TO THE AIRPORT AUTHORITIES.
REQUIREMENT #3 (DOWNLOAD):
Your Tourist Card is DIGITAL and you can download it to your mobile device AFTER you arrive in Cancun. Depending of how you clear immigration you may or may not need to show it to the airport authorities. We recommend you get the download instructions just in case you need to show the tourist card on your departure.
Fill out the PRE-CHECK form below and receive your instructions on how to clear immigrations and download your Tourist Card when you arrive in Cancun. Make sure you have your VISITAX CODE ready, it is REQUIRED as it is already LINKED to your Passport(s) Information.
