- You made a mistake, NO MATTER how small the mistake is, you need to fill out a NEW application. The information in your tourist card needs to be EXACTLY as in your passport and travel documenets. Tourist Cards CAN NOT, repeat, CAN NOT be changed or updated. You need to fill out a NEW APPLICATION and the "wrong" Tourist Card will be discarded automatically by the system.
- Your passport expires in less than "180 DAYS." You can not fill out a form ONLINE, you will have to wait until you get a "paper form" from the airline to fill out "manually."
- You can print your Tourist Card in "Black & White" or in "Color," either way is accepted.
- You didn't receive an email with your tourist card. Please check your "spam" and "trash" folders," if not there, then you need to fill out a NEW application and download it to your computer.
- If your flight information changed, you need to fill out a NEW Tourists Card.
- If you are connecting flights to Mexico, write down the flight that ARRIVES in Mexico.
- The flight information in the "EXIT" part of the form should be the "Arrival" flight information. The system will fill out the "Exit" part automatically with your ARRIVAL flight information and that is how it supposed to be.
- The Name of your Hotel or Address is too long, NO WORRIES, just fill out as much information as you can. If you are staying at a hotel WRITE THE NAME OF THE HOTEL ONLY the address IS NOT NECESSARY.
- ADDDRESS: The system IS NOT accepting my address. Please do not use any character like #, &, @, *, etc. The system only accepts letters and numbers.
- ARRIVAL DATE is INVALID, you get this message when your arrival date to Mexico is MORE than 30 days from today. Please fill out the form when your arrival to Mexico is within 30 days.
- Tourist Card is PER PERSON. You need to fill out a Tourist Card for every person, child, and infant that is going to Mexico.
- If you are traveling with a CHILD or INFANT an adult needs to sign the form.
- CELL PHONE - If you don't have a cell phone use your home phone. The authorization code is for visitors that need extra permits to travel to Mexico.
